A BRIEF WRITE UP ON MARRIAGE AND DIVORCE COUNSELING AMONGST NEWGEN COUPLES >>>
How marriage and Divorce counseling is important essential .
The popular Malayalam Daily News Paper MATHRUBHOOMI, in their Mysore Edition in March, 2015 reported that approximately 18500 Couples in the State of Kerala had filed applications for Divorce in Kerala Family Courts. Amongst the NEWGEN couple, there are severe incompatibility problems owing to Personality Diversity generated out of Inter-continental, inter-state, inter-religious, inter-cast and inter-cultural marriage relationships. Adjustment is alien to Newgen in most cases. Incompatibility and conflicting views in areas of Family Institution, Social life, Family economics, Home management, Right parenting, family empathy, effective communication, Social media involvement, multiply the number of cases. Considering number of cases pending in courts, almost they all end up in DIVORCE and most of them are thrown to financial and life distress. Who is there to rehabilitate them ? None !!!!! Couples should be taught about the importance of Institution of marriage and Why can t we make efforts to negotiate and reconcile the compatibility issues and help them to continue their marital relationship for a BETTER LIFE.
Law makers intended to minimise Divorce while establishing Family Courts. Unfortunately due to some reason or the other, more number of cases end up in divorce. This may be due to lessor number of effective Counseling Sessions or inadequate Professional counseling or any other unidentified reason, but it is unfortunate that affected couples end up in delayed hardship, crisis and undesired Divorce.
Every day, we find Newer and Newer News in News Papers fighting amongst couples and ending their lives? Of course it is not like a Road Accident but a Family and Community Disaster ? An Epidemic gradually spreading and eating up in the Communities.!! Where we are moving ?
WE in MANASAANTHI CONSULTANTS, conduct a Specialist POST MARITAL RELATIONSHIP COUNSELING with a Difference based on COMPATIBILITY and other undisclosed Personal issues and in 99 percent cases, the Couples reconcile their attitude and decide to continue their marital relationship so as to progress in life happily. Ours is a One-time, One-day Intensive Tailor-made Comprehensive Session of three+ hours Program both face to face at our Clinic or through Drdinakaran s Online Counseling Worldwide . Our Professional fee Rs. 1000 (one thousand only) per hour.

Sub: > Filing of PUBLIC INTEREST PETITION – against the Public Works Department and Government of Kerala for the negligent attitude towards worst damaged narrow bridge of high risk potential for major man-made disaster:
Respected Honourable Chief Justice of Kerala High Court,
Finding no other option to prevent a major accident/disaster on a narrow heavy Traffic bridge in my neighbourhood, I, Gopalan Dinakaran, with the permission of the Honourable Kerala High Court, humbly wish to submit this PUBLIC INTEREST PETITION before the  Honourable Court of Chief Justice, High Court, Ernakulam.
The facts of the Petition are explained hereunder:
1.      An approximately 60 years old narrow concrete damaged bridge (only one bus at a time can cross the bridge, and the side hand-rails at both sides does not exist even for name-sake)  located at Anjilithanam on the heavy traffic Changanacherry-Paippad-Thottabhagam-Pathanamthitta main road is virtually unfit to heavy traffic for the last 10 years.  This road links Pathanamthitta and  Kottayam District s. This bridge connects Paipad Panchayat in Kottayam District and Kunnanthanam Panchayat in Pathanamthitta District.  Sharp curve from hilly terrain towards the down approach road leading to the bridge, lack of proper area lighting at night, narrow-ness, having no side rails on both sides, and the depth between the water stream down below and the bridge is approximately 20 ft to 25 ft.  This bridge is now proned high risk accident/disaster.
2.     Due to the reasons explained above, several four wheelers and two wheeters gave way mostly at night and fallen down the water stream  with minor or major injuries.  Last year one empty passenger bus on their return journey at night had fallen down and driver and conductor got seriously injured.
3.     Of late, one School bus carrying about 50 students belonging to an English Medium Public School, Tiruvalla had a hit on side debris and miraculously escaped.  Perhaps God has  saved the lives of many at this time.  This incident, when explained by a child, prompted me to place my request before the Honourable Court. (Name of School withheld).
4.     Year after year, just before the elections, Honourable Ministers, MLAs, MPs and other top political leaders are invited by different political parties, collect small donations, put up beautiful pandals, arrange mike sets, induce public gatherings near the damaged bridge and conduct public meetings in which assurances are given for a quick solution to the villagers’ ten-year-old problem.  We, the innocent villagers.  Believed them yesterday, today and will believe tomorrow.  Unfortunatelely no solution has come so far.
5.     The latest Public meeting in the series was chaired by the Honourable PWD Minister who was very kind to give an assurance to solve the problem within the next following months.  This public meeting was held just before the last elections.  However, the residents of Anjilithanam and the road-users here are still to find any movement in this direction.  None is available even to put up red flag signals. All hopes are lost.
6.     In the aforesaid road, not less than 60 private buses and other vehicles ply to-and-for trips daily.  All known commuters are aware about the bad condition of the bridge and new commuters could meet with unfortunate disasters.  We are very much worried because, we, our relations and our children travel daily through this dangerous damaged risky bridge.
Hence this Public Interest Petition:

I, Gopalan Dinakaran, therefore, with the kind permission of the Honourable  High Court, Cochin, place  this Public Interest Petition, before the Honourable Kerala High Court with a submission to direct the Kerala State Government and the Public Works Department to replace this old and damaged bridge on topmost priority within a specified short-time to avert a possible major man-made disaster in this other-wise neglected zero-level-developed village hamlet. Ninety percent population here consists of labourers and unemployed youth.  One seventy-year old Malayalam Medium Lower Primary School, one Temporary Lower Grade Post Office and  one Anganwadi are the total development for this large area population.  When no happiness is provided, we expect justice atleast not to have a man-made disaster for our people.

With most respectable regards,
This Public Interest Petition is submitted to the Honourable Kerala Highcourt on the 4th November, 2005.

Most failthly,
Gopalan Dinakaran

Anjilithanam, dated 4th November, 2005.

Further developments:

Immediately after sending the Petition to the Hon. High Court, an Investigating Officer, Dr. Agith Thomas John, Investigation Officer, Kollam  visited Anjilithanam area, Kunnathanam Panchayath  and later met me and further made an
Enquiry about the facts and he reported to the Government authorities positively .  Within a week or so, the authorities were kind enough to repair the bridge and solved the problem of our villages and the road users here.  Except my neighbor Mr. M. K. Sreedharan and Dr. Agith Thomas John, nobody is aware about this Public Petition sent to the Hon. High Court of Kerala.

Latest development:

Today is 4th  April, 2019 when 14 years completing by today the same bridge’s width gets doubled as part of great development on the Changanachery-Kaviyur-Thottabhagam Road.   Seeing the wider bridge and the happiness of people around, I thought it better to put this info in the Blogger on 4th April, 2019.

I would request Dr. Agith Thomas John to write few words here.
Thank you very much Dr. Agith Thomas John.

DINATHANTHRA Technology of Logo-therapy for mental health solutions >
>Post Marital  Relationship Counseling,>> School/College Refusal Interventions and >> personal counseling and study and>> student support systems for study in foreign universities > eiu,Paris and cvu
As you all know, “ Logotherapy is a decades-old psychotherapeutic approach developed by Viktor Frankl. The driving force behind logotherapy is the idea that human beings are most motivated by a search for meaning, indicating that the meaning of life is the biggest question on our minds and the biggest stressor on our psyches.”
On this basic principle of Logotherapy, we have developed a unique Inter-active Psycho-analytic  approach session thereby empowering the Client to his own way of accepting the Problem solving skills and preparing his mindset to face the challenges of change for a happier living and life.  Drdinakaran has been doing research and clinical practice applying his own DINATHANTHRA Technology of Logo-therapy Applications in his Clients for the last 20 years and have been obtaining an excellent result in the following areas:
1.   Post Marital Relationship Counselling including Psychological Personality Assessment and Fine tuning to ensure better compatibility amongst the married couples for a happier and meaningful long-lasting married life. Heredity and environment plays a vital role in development of Personality.  For this, we developed an ONE TIME SESSION OF THREE HOURS PLUS – a tailor-made session – ( not class-room lecture which targets all personality segments in general terms). Couple Issues differ from individual to individual for which our DINATHANTHRA Technology of Logo-therapy is most effective and helpful to the Clients. We have hundreds of satisfied Clients world-wide.  Our Programs are face2face and Online Counselling worldwide.  Our concessional Professional Fee of Indian Rupees one thousand per hour is comparatively much cheaper and best.  We have a 99% success rate in this Segment.

2.  School/College Refusal Intervention >
        Prevention of School Refusal
Parents or other caregivers can do several things to control school refusal before it becomes a routine, troublesome behavior.
·         Listening to the child's actual concerns and fears of going to school is important. Some of the reasons for refusing to attend school may include another child at school who is a bully, problems on the bus or carpool ride to school, or fears of inability to keep up with the other students in the classroom; these issues can be addressed if they are known. On the other hand, making too big a deal of school refusal may promote the child's behavior to continue.
·         Firmly getting the child to school regularly and on time will help. Not prolonging the goodbyes can help as well. Sometimes it works best if someone else can take the child to school after the parent or caregiver says goodbye at home.
·         It truly helps to believe that the child will get over this problem; discuss this with the child (the parent or caregiver needs to convince himself or herself of this before trying to convince the child).
·         The parent or caregiver should reassure the child that he or she will be there upon the child's return from school; this should be repeated over and over, if necessary. Let the child know that the parent or caregiver will be doing "boring stuff" at home during the school day. Always be on time to pick the child up from school if you provide transportation rather than a school bus.
·         Whenever events occur that could tend to cause students to miss school (for example, traumatic events such as terrorism, school aggressions, or other traumas), all attempts should be made to help students return promptly to school and to help them to feel safe at school.
·         Supportive counseling is often made available at school in these circumstances so as to minimize reinforcement of school-avoidant behaviors and to prevent secondary gain from school refusal and should be encouraged for any student who wishes to have it. If the child simply refuses to go to school, some parents have found that decreasing the reward for staying home helps. For example, do not allow video games or television, or find out what work is being done in the school and provide similar education at home, when possible. This is especially if the "illness" seems to disappear once the child is allowed to stay at home.
Beyond the points discussed above, there could several other emotional and adolescent-pre-adult  behavioural problems which are normally hidden secrets of Peer management.  Normally neither the parent or  nor the teacher seldom come to know the details.  Student Counsellor, Psychotherapist or a Psychologists, when referred, would be in a position to get the details and help the student find solutions to the problem and finally prevent the student from being a drop-out or saving the student from self destructive strategies.
In our MANASANTHI CONSULTANTS, Tiruvalla, we have an experienced Department to handle such cases.  For the last 18 years we have been providing this Specialised School/College Refusal Intervention Program to several School, College including Medical Colleges, Engineering Colleges, Arts Colleges, Pharmacy Colleges, Dental Colleges etc. students and helped them from  Self destructive strategies and preventing them from being  drop outs.   All such cases are welcome.
3. Specialised Personal Counseling:
